It has gotten to a point on Pinterest where I can tell when my friends are hungry because they pin everything they are craving.

Lately I have been pinning recipes to my friend Amy's board and we take turns trying one. This time I tried this delicious crock pot recipe, however it is rather spicy (steering my friend Amy away from it).

The original recipe came from My Kitchen Apron, but you can't access it. :-( You can access it through Really From Pinterest.
Find the recipe HERE

Ingredients:
-Package of Ranch  Seasoning
-Bottle of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
-Frozen Chicken
-Slow Cooker Liners

Always, always line your slow cooker with the Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners. It cuts your cleaning time down to minutes.

Then using five frozen chicken breasts, I cover them with the sauce and the seasonings. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
After shred chicken with a fork and continue to cook on low for another hour. This allows the chicken to really soak up the juices.

Serve how you would like. I followed Really from Pinterest by putting it in warm tortillas and adding sour cream and cilantro.

It was a little spicy and the sour cream helped cool it down.
