This recipe is super simple and easy to make when life is busy.
4-6 frozen chicken breasts
1 cube of melted butter
1 package of Italian Seasonings Salad Dressing
Juice from 2 lemons
*after making this a few times I also add chopped red potato, mushrooms, carrots and minced garlic.
Place chopped veggies and frozen chicken breasts into the crock pot. Pour melted butter over everything then sprinkle Italian seasonings, garlic and juice from 2 lemons.
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8.
Some tips, use frozen chicken breast or tenders. If you are using raw chicken, reduce the time *thanks Mom!!
Also, I added minced garlic for some added kick! Yummy.
