Superbowl Sunday is fast approaching. Honestly, as I type this I have no clue who is actually going to be playing.
You want to watch the game and still have food that tastes like you have been in the kitchen for hours. Therefore I am sharing my favorite "set it and forget it" game day food.
Once combined add pork, turning to cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return pork to crock pot and stir into sauce. To serve, spoon 1/2 cup onto a sandwich bun.
