Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Superbowl Sunday is fast approaching. Honestly, as I type this I have no clue who is actually going to be playing

You want to watch the game and still have food that tastes like you have been in the kitchen for hours. Therefore I am sharing my favorite "set it and forget it" game day food.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Ketchup
1/4 firmly packed Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Tomato Paste
1 chopped White Onion
3 chopped Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoons of yellow mustard *I only had Dijon
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
3-4 lb. Boneless Pork Shoulder, cut into four pieces
In a large crock pot, mix all ingredients except the pork.
Once combined add pork, turning to cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return pork to crock pot and stir into sauce. To serve, spoon 1/2 cup onto a sandwich bun.

My husband decided to add some slices of Colby Jack cheese to his sandwich. I combined the sandwiches with these amazing Spicy Sweet Potato Fries from Alexia from the freezer section of the grocery store. These fries are amazing!!
Let me know if you try this recipe, I would love to hear       from you.
