This week went incredibly fast and was a lot of catching up because we began the week with a trip to Disneyland.
We decided to go on Super Bowl Sunday because we are Seahawk fans and we thought it would be a good day to go. We were wrong! It was employee family day and tons of people were in the parks.
We started at California Adventure where Everett had a blast seeing Lightening McQueen and wasn't too sure meeting Woody in person.
The afternoon and evening was spend in the Magic Kingdom where we rode the Casey Junior Train at least 4 times and we stayed to see the revival of the Disneyland Electric Light Parade. Both boys absolutely loved all the rides and seeing all the people. By the end of the day both Hubs and I were exhausted.
Trying to get back into our schedule we made Pineapple Cookies this week. They were delicious and tasted like a dole whip (catch that Disney reference) but in a cookie.
Later this week Miles received his first birthday card very early but it was from the Disney characters. He is also loving roasted sweet potato and beans.
Another wet weekend ahead of us and we have Valentine's Day coming up. Lots planned in the week ahead.
