Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Leftover Halloween Candy? These Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies are perfect for those giant Reese's pumpkins.

I cut this recipe out of a magazine a million years ago and it has been in my recipe book forever and it seems like it is a fall staple around our house. Still not sure which magazine, I cut the name off the bottom.
The recipe wants you to chop all of those cups so they are plentiful in the cookies. It is super easy to cut up a few of those big peanut buttery pumpkins or Easter eggs than it is a bazillion tiny cups but whatever is handy.
The parchment paper is key, when you don't use it they are a pain to try to scrape off the pan. It doesn't make 48 cookies, maybe tiny ones but I like mine to be a decent size so it generally makes 24 for me.
