Friday Five: Traveling, Anniversary, Easter and Family

I know I haven't done much project blogging but things have been crazy around here. Trying to catch up with everything, laundry, mail, appointments. It has been chaos so this week is going to be a little bit different because I think I am going to be covering almost three weeks of chaos. Be sure to join the fun with Emmymom2 and her Friday Five Linky Party.

This week I am going to put my photos with my thoughts because really I am just trying to play catch up and this is easiest in keeping everything straight. *Because really, I've been scatter brained for three weeks now.

Last time that I left off, my husband took our Lil'man to visit family in Tennessee. Lil' man got to meet his Grandpa and Grandma and his two aunts and uncles and three cousins. It was a big change for him because he had never been away from me. It was hard on both of us but it was such a great bonding and experience for my husband. I hope they do more of this in the future.

Lil' man has been such the traveller lately. He has been on 8 flights and traveled to/thru five states. We should have gotten him some frequent flier miles. He is moving so fast, one tooth is showing, he has discovered the dog's water dish and his favorite food so far is avocados and tofu (we recently discovered tofu when we went out for sushi). He is nine months and I am really enjoying this age.

And it went by so quickly and neither of us realized it but we celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary. Gosh, that seemed like it was yesterday. We loved our wedding set against the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, Arizona.

Then came Easter! Previously I had Lil'man's photos taken by the amazing Emily Kathryn Photography. Our little Easter bunny is so cute!! I just love his little chunk.

And then a quick trip to my parent's home to visit both my brother, Lil' man's Uncle and his Great-Grandfather and Great-Grandmother. We were able to get a lovely four generation photo of us. My family loves the Seattle Mariners so for our family photo the boys all have their Mariner shirts on. The dress I am wearing: I made during a nap time, but I will post more on that later.

There it is...what was three weeks in a nutshell. You can see that things were chaos and we are currently trying to get back into our routine, doing some endless laundry and even managed to make dinner tonight. Hoping to post more of what I have been creating here in my blog very soon.

Until next week,

~Amanda
