It has been awhile since I have posted but so much has happened so quickly and before I know it, my little love is almost 2 months old! I'm so excited to introduce you to my son, Everett Harrison.
If you don't remember my previous post from the new year, We Brought Something Special Back from Paris... well, he has arrived.
Life changed over the nine months (not just the size of my belly), we moved, my dear grandfather passed and before I knew it...it was time for my baby to make his arrival into this world.
And he made his arrival just in time for the 4th of July. My little firecracker was healthy, happy and heavy. 8 1/2 pounds! And it is so true when people say your life changes and you feel an instant love.
I will never forget seeing his face for the first time and that overwhelming feeling of love that followed.
Everett has turned my life upside down. I'm head over heels in love with this little guy.
And then my parents visited...
I have never seen my parents this happy before and never have I seen my dad melt like butter with love for him. This is their first grandchild and they couldn't be more ecstatic and over the moon with happiness. Definitely proud grandparents, they call to hear about him now...not to talk to me.

Life is evolving and changing and so will my blog. You will be seeing more posts about baby boy things and Everett. He is the center of my life now and now parts of my blog will be too.
