Vintage Valentine Display

I must admit, my Valentine decorations took longer than expected to be displayed around the house. This year it just seemed like I was so indecisive.

But I had to do something...couldn't skip a holiday!
Hanging an old frame above our fireplace was my starting point.
The size and vintage feel made it a perfect way to display these amazing Vintage Valentine's I picked up at a local flea market.
My mom sent me these cute little glitter clothes pins as a way of hanging the Valentine's to the chicken wire.
To finish the look using red, pink and magenta felt, I made a LOVE pennant with paper medallions on the ends.

This was completed the day before Valentine's Day, but it was just in time. Hope to have it up earlier next year so that I can really enjoy it.

Happy Valentine's Day!
