I am starting off 2013 with a week of Disney themed projects. Why? Because I am going to be RUNNING through both Disney World and Disney Land this month and what better way of celebrating than by sharing some "mouse" love.
James and Samantha, my little mouseketeers, celebrated their birthdays together. They both are huge Mickey and Minnie fans, so for there birthday I created these small dressers as birthday gifts.
I scored both of these dressers for a total of $10.00. I used Krylon spray paint and some regular white paint to create the polka dots on Minnie.
It was a chore to make sure the lines were straight and that the paint didn't bleed into each other. It seemed to be easier to hand touch up everything in the end. Overall they turned out adorable.
