Freedom Flowers

If you remember way back in March, I purchased this crate with my mom and did an Spring centerpiece. If not you can find it HERE

This crate has endless possibilities for floral arrangements and what a better holiday to display some great summer flowers than for the Fourth of July.

The ribbon shown in this photo was not used, but it can be another option for you.
Purchased some absolutely gorgeous flowers from the local wholesale flower vendor. I am so lucky to live in a place where beautiful flowers are plentiful. Also picked up some patriotic ribbon and bows, but ended up using the bows.

"Thinking of memorable 4th of July moments, I remember the one time we had bought illegal fireworks and when the cops came to investigate my mom hid the biggest rocket under her sweatshirt."

Now that I have made a centerpiece for Spring and Summer, better start thinking of one for Fall. Let me know if you make your own version of Freedom Flowers.

  2. This is just gorgeous! I think you linked up at my co-hostess Malia's blog Yesterday on Tuesday, so I wanted to let you know your arrangement will be featured on the next party post, but on my blog, up this Thursday. Just in case you don't normally come by to Katie's Nesting Spot to link. I didn't want you to miss your feature. Please come by and check it out if you get a chance and thanks for joining us!
